Judge Menno - Plymouth Court injustices

I am desperately concerned about my children and Judge Menno. I have met 6 other women who have the same judge with similar stories.

The ones who arepaying the ultimate price are our children. Something has to be done.

Any information on any abuse of judicial power, violations of the rights of victims of DV and children's rights, as well as discrimination in these cases is greatly appreciated.

I do not know what else to do, and I feel I have done everything to try to protect my children and that is not good enough and the court does not care what I have done to help my children just grasping at straws to get dirt on me as a bad mother.

I was giddy as a school girl this morning when I learned the all-American idiot had his routines disrupted and was hauled off to the slammer. The euphoria lasted but a mere few seconds, life goes on. The idiot's handlers were warning him last week that he might have to spend the rest of his probation in jail. That would mean a summer of contentment for me but I don't expect that. The jerk with the shitty grin won't need a lawyer to get him out when he can do better by representing himself. The wannabee comedian will use his natural charm until the other inmates get aggravated sufficiently to threaten a beating and the sheriff goes soft to let him out.

Meanwhile, his two bedroom house sits empty and his food stamps begin to collect unspent. If the inmates decide not to issue a warning and simply start whaling on him, he's got good medical insurance. It really pays to be an idiot, a registered sexual offender village idiot.

Judge Menno has a warped sense of who he is and what his responsibilities are. More than likely he had a disturbing relationship with his mother and sisters. Any man who can't be objective when there are children involved seriously is not a real man. I can't believe this man hasn't been thrown off the bench. He has caused so much suffering. And he has no concsience. He is a best friend to any man who is getting a divorce. Clearly no woman stands a chance of getting a fair deal from this woman hater

Hi my sister's going through the same thing with her x-husband. He molested son and daughter and judge menno is doing nothing about it. Actually, he's granting sleepover's so that the father can do it again. How can you get rid of a judge?

I am going through the exact same thing I have two children, judge menno has declared sleepovers and my son has been suicidal since the visits have been granted,...Judge menno doesn't care he told me to tell my 8 year old boy that if he doesn't do what judge menno wants then he will end up living with the father. Judge menno is a child abuser then! this is a form of child abuse. We need to do something. I have been threatened by him twice and he is waiting to take my son away unless i force him to sleep over a rapists. My son watched his sister get raped with a pen then she watched him get raped.
is anyone interested in starting a group to fight this jerk?

FYI everyone! found out that my dead beat dad case (that has been going on for a long time) has brought me nothing! Why??? because money talks!! The man has several contempt charges against him! Not once has Menno stuck to his own orders!!! Well, the person who hired the lawyer and Menno are all in this political game together!!! Heard it first hand...lawyer& Menno are being paid to the deadbeat dads advantage. This has sicken me!!! YES...this is real life and it does happen. Beware!!!!

This judge awarded custody of my daughters children to her husband. She went to court a couple of days ago and her attorney told her later that afternoon that the judge had awarded custody to him. He is not a bad guy. She had to call the police on him the night after they arrived home from their honeymoon and he has a vicious temper. There were some issues that both of them hosted very expensive dinner parties, which involved too much drinking, but it's been quite a while since that behavior has existed and it appears that both parties have curbed their drinking. I cannot mention the names of the parties, but my daughters husband's last name is very recognizable and she is in the middle of a very messy divorce with a rich but very unclassy family. The idea that my daughter could lose custody is overwhelming to me. She is a good person, has hosted many fund raisers for illnesses, neighbors.

There is a local nonprofit looking to help abused women in cases like these so the sooner you can reply the better as I do not know how long they will be able to focus just on this issue.

.he isnt a woman hater.. he has givin my ex girlfriend everything as far as rights.. he is a one sided piece of shit ruining my lil girls life by kicking me out of it..
