A vote for the (Deval)ue-ator is a vote for more taxes, more regulations, more benefits for illegal aliens and less jobs and opportunities for the rest of us. Remember, he failed on his promise to lower property taxes. That was the cornerstone of his last campaign. Want more of the same out of this campaign?

You're absolutely right. I can't afford 4 more years of Deval. A few weeks ago, he was floating the idea of a graduated income tax. That is outrageous and pathetic!

Why do the people of MA continue to elect the likes of Barny Frank and Deval? When are they going to change from an extreme Liberal state?

AZCit, where have you been? Were you asleep during the special election to fill the Senate seat vacated by Ted Kennedy?(note I did NOT write "Ted Kennedy's seat"!) Deval will NOT be re-elected, no property tax relief, a 25% increase in the sales tax, and a new alcohol tax. The latter is truly Massachusetts at its best - since we ALREADY have an excise tax on alcohol, the new tax is a tax on a tax!!!

Everyone should vote for Deval. We should make a list of all the cool things he has done for us in the past 3+ years.

Here I'll start:

1. He raised our taxes 4 times in less than 4 years.

2. He bought himself a new Cadillac and Hybrid Tahoe with our money.

3. He stopped the police from working with ICE to deport illegal aliens.

Must agree with Brown. Still hope for MA? But Barny Frank! Myself and family dating way back generations in MA were Dems and heads of Dem party. After getting out of MA you realize there are parties other than Dems. I vote for the candidate, not the party. Can't stand the partisan politics from both sides? Politicians should vote the way their constituants want not the party.

Raised taxes 8 times, wanted to give in-state tuition to illegals and never put more police in to combat crime and the number of unemployed in the private sector went way up. Why does MassLive.com want to reward Deval for 4 long years of utter failure. In the old days a politician like him would have been tarred, feathered and ran out of state.
I disagree

what a short memory we have, not to long ago we ran the republicans out of office, now bc of a global meltdown we grow impatient with those in power. Baker has no clue where central mass even is - in an interview he stated Grafton and gardner were in western mass...at least a worcester county guy helps projects and development in our area...

My memory isn't short, I'm just aware that when you are in a recession with high unemployment that raising taxes and spending into record debt levels isn't the solution ans will only make things worse.

NO Way. Look at this article,$35+ MILLION spent for health care for illegals. And Deval tried NOT to give out the information:
