Good thing it was a NG fired plant, owned by a different company, that was under construction at the time.

But is was a power plant so it must be Dominions Fault.

Maybe it's good thing that the one in Billerica never got approved.
My condolences go to the 5 families who lost loved ones.

Clean burning energy plants are basically well built I have personally worked on the two in Devon and Milford, CT.. I would have lost a loved one in this terrible accident had he not taken the day off. 4 of the men who died were his close friends and co-workers. Question is what is O&G Industries, a road contractor awarded a contract to be site management at a power plant facility, where is their experience. All contractors there are subcontracts under O&G.

No actually just found out that O&G are the owners guess they were making so much money off federal and state highway jobs they could afford to build a power plant and they are self insured so I guess they may not exist in a few years. I have always had a beef with O&G the state of CT is in their pocket... always awarded contracts and don't comply with state and federal labor laws.
