Mass. Bar Sued for Gay Marriage Question

A man said he failed the Massachusetts bar exam because he refused to answer a question about gay marriage, and claims in a federal lawsuit the test violated his rights and targeted his religious beliefs.

He'll fail. Nobody has the right to deny another person civil rights in order to practice his own religion.

What a dillwad. Did he also refuse to answer the criminal law question because he thinks committing crimes is wrong?

Another a**hole who wants to be a lawyer. He should fit right in with most of them if he's able to pass the test.
