Here, folks. I'm up in Indiana. All I can do to help is offer to design homes that you'll never have to worry about this type of disaster again. I can volunteer my design efforts. I won't ask for any compensation unless it's a case where it would be fair to me. I want to help you folks fight back at mother nature and win.

Why don't you just build them a standard house where it doesn't flood every year?
