Dear God,
Please settle this argument about your existance once and for all. Use your unlimited power to get yourself booked on Jay Leno. Then do a few tricks and there will be no doubt. Maybe turn Jay into a monkey. You don't have to leave him like that, but it's your call. Right now I don't believe in that fairy tale about you, but you can change that with an appearance. Anxiously awaiting your arrival.
P.S. Don't send your kid. He talks in asinine riddles.

Athiest is a Religion.
You must believe with out proof that God does not exist.
Believe with out proof is faith.
The dictionary says the word Religion can be substituted for the word Faith.
So you are here Preaching your religion.
That would kind of make you a preacher in the house of A thiest.
That's FACT!
Did you ever come up with that proof that god exists??

There is more testimony of Gods existence than there is of a missing link.
In fact, most oath's of office require that the person taking the oath swear to God.
People place their hand on a book with Gods words swearing to tell the truth.(So help you God)

Do you swear to the missing link that you'll tell the truth next time you post?

Uh, no.

The ONLY ones who think this are members of an increasingly small and irrelevant bronze age, goat herder FAIRY TALE cult.

The VAST majority of the people around the world accept it as best scientific explanation for the diversity of life we see on planet Earth, past and present.

You should get out more and talk to people outside of your wacko "fundie xristian" church.

Go find a few Japanese Shinto or Indian Hindus or Chinese Daoists or Thai Buddhists or Israeli Jews or Italian Catholics or German agnostics or Dutch atheists to talk to. You may learn something.

This would be a LIE!

There is NO logic, reason, research or empirical evidence that your bronze age, goat herder FAIRY TALE "god" exists, or that "it" did any of the things that your bronze age, goat herder FAIRY TALES say "it" did.

This would be a LIE!

It may be something done here in the US (and in radical fundamentalist Islamic countries), but it is rarely done elsewhere around the world. Heck, there are LOTS of countries that don't even recognize your "god" so their public officials swearing an oath to "it" would be astonishingly stupid.

Starky's views on the supposed decreasing number of atheists is based upon one poorly run survey which would have an error bar greater than the supposed change in number of atheists.

He explains how our universe could have started "out of nothing".
I meant more like life was created out of stuff.
The universe was born from quantum fluctuations that created a potential difference in an infinite infinitesimal.

Federal Executive and Legislative Branch Oaths

In the United States, the oath of office for the President is specified in the Constitution (Article II, Section 1):

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."[58]

The oath may be sworn or affirmed (in which case it is called an affirmation instead of oath). Although not present in the text of the Constitution, it is customary for modern presidents to say "So help me God" after the end of the oath. For officers other than the President, the expression "So help me God" is explicitly prescribed, but the Judiciary Act of 1789 also explains when it can be omitted (specifically for oaths taken by court clerks): "Which words, so help me God, shall be omitted in all cases where an affirmation is admitted instead of an oath."[59]

The Constitution (Article VI, clause 3) also specifies:

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.

Again we agree. The video I linked goes over that, in a bit more rigorous of a discussion. Still aimed at the general populace, or the educated general populace. He explains how the universe is "flat" and why it has to be "flat". Of course that is an idea that Starkey would get totally wrong.

The standard in science if there is no evidence to support a the existence of something is to use the Null Hypothesis:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Null_hypothesis

In the case of the existence of god that means the standard is to assume that in absence of evidence is that he does not exist.
