I am also a customer of Remove Slander.com and I can not thank them enough for all of their hard work. I think the fact that someone was under the impression that they owned that horrible site is really compliment and testament of the awesome service that they provide. After they took care of my legal issues with the mug shot site, I hired them again to work on increasing the ranking for my own website. It has only been three weeks and our website is now appearing at the top of search pages that we would could only dream of before. The people at Remove Slander com are now very important to the sales strategy of our company. The least I could do is write a review for TJ - Thank you for everything you have done for me personally and professionally, I can only repay you with my words gratatude.

I really dislike the fact that my picture is in Google, all of my charges were DROPPED!!!!! I was arrested but never charged and my photo is still on the first page as if I am wanted by the police, this is horrible. I have spent almost $3000 on a my lawyer who has done a very good job, but today he told me that there is nothing that he can do about the mug shot photo. The police department said that it is an issue of public information therefore they're not going to take it down because the truth is that I was arrested. I told the young lady that it is true that I was arrested but it is also true that I was wrongfully accused.

I didn't know that there was even a service offered to take down this mug shot until I came across this article, but I can't afford the cost at this time. I am in the process of writing the Governor to ask him to pass a Law within the State of Florida that will prevent the cops from posting mug shots online unless the person has been convicted of a violent crime.

I have searched other States and this practice of posting mug shots appears to be a trend that is slowly catching on. The problem is a person is innocent until proven guilty, but not in the State of Florida. I may just have to pay for this service because my only option appears to be to move to Houston where this photo will not appear if someone searches my name. I am pissed of at Google for profiting on my mug shot. As I looked at my mug shot I see "Ads by Google" all around the picture. Am I the only one who can see that Google is behind all of this? It is ridiculous that they are cashing in on mug shot photos as if they don't already have enough money.

I will use Yahoo from this point forward because I don't even see name in Yahoo at all.Pissed Off !!!!

I was very curious about seeing these mug shots that you all was talking about, So went and type my name in Google it shows a page of me in a 2005 mug shot from a dui this is unacceptable want it remove, I could not believe this shit. Who you are, I will be paying the $399 payment, to get this shit off the internet. Before my wife see's this, she don't even know I got a dui..

What I am not understanding is how can they post your mug shot if your case was dismissed? My case never went to trial because the D.A. did not accept the charges but the mug shot has still placed in Google.

I just did a trace on www.Jailbase.com and the IP address is coming back to Google - WOW!!!! Google really does own that site which explains why we're starting to see so many mug shot websites in South Florida. Shame on you Google, Shame.

Florida Jailbase will drop the photo after 60 days but they're only site that will take the picture down. Im not sure how it works but after so many day the picture is suppose to fall off.

A friend of mine was arrested in Miami FL and brought to Boward County Jail also in FL. I was told that the pictures they take
of all people who are arrested is considered public domain.

I was recently arrested for driving on a suspended license (without knowledge of the suspension) and the cop didn't believe me and wanted to "teach me a lesson". Anyway, I was arrested and had a mugshot taken and now it is posted on two different websites. The county facility's website and Floridaarrest.org . I don't really care about the county's website but the other one is ranked very high on google and comes up top when I type my name in.So I had to get these guys to get this fucking mugshot off of that site because I don't want to be in the public eye looking like a DANMMMM FOOL. Especially not at the very top of the search engines. I don't know who I hate most Goggle or or the FL law enforcement..

The real issue here is why are the sheriff departments posting these mug shots on Google? I think the police are making a profit off this some kind of way, think about it. If the police post your mug shot on one of their own mugshot sites and then you pay them to have it removed, they have just made money twice. Once when you bailed out of jail and again once you pay to have the mugshot taken down, the cops win over and over again. I was getting gas in South Carolina and notice a magazine called Jail bird which featured nothing but mug shot photos, the publication cost $2.00. The police departments are secretly cashing in on this entire mug shot craze - Can I get an Amen?

I was visiting my aunt in Jacksonville FL last year for her 94th Birthday party, and got arrested a DUI, and Goggle got my mug shot on the 1st page. I must get this bullshit down, right away
