What did you think when they dismantled light rail, and built a vast highway system, at the cost of hundreds of billions, in the 50's?

We can't afford anymore subsidies we are broke, in debt and the dollar is inflating.

Theis is a bid=g differance between a subsidy and a tax break. The oil company execs said they would be fine ending certain tax breaks, as long as all corporations lost the tax breaks. GM and Chrysler received direct tax payer funded infusions of 50 Billion that may never be paid back, that was a subsidy.
