After Hurricane Katrina, people in Louisiana and Mississippi learned to take steps to protect themselves and their property, such as creating a home inventory in case they ever need to file an insurance claim again.

Is it any shock to know that Deep Southerners are complete inbred idiots? Louisiana and Mississippi are the poorest, least educated states for a reason.
