This is crazy. If they were cut off it's because their household income is too much, and the same would happen to a citizen with children.

Why should illegal aliens be given *more* than a citizen in the same position?

End birthright citizenship and this whole problem vanishes. Then the anchor babies are illegal too and the whole family of freeloaders can be deported.

I would only ask that people be more observant when moving around their towns and cities doing their errands. I do not care if it is legals ,illegals ,what color or religion. It infuriates me when I go to the grocery store and you have a family with 3-5 young kids, with a cart full of food, mostly boxd prepared food and some beans and rice products, few fresh foods and they pay for the food with a government card. Then pull out their wallet to pay cash for beer, wine ann cigarettes. There is something wrong with our entire system.

The only way to give illegal parents what they want is to hit the taxpayers again.

Put any immigration question on the ballot with clear questions and verify voters with a picture ID

Check out food pantries, Goodwill, Boys & Girls Clubs and you find just "who's receiving the handouts" and they're always first in line, no questions asked.

Exercise zero tolerance, extreme compassion and tough love while rounding them up and humanely sending them home to wherever they came from....Regardless of the legal status of their extended families.....We simply can't afford them and maintain a nation of law and order at the same time.....Either we expedite the process or we lose our nation's integrity....It is cut and dry......

Don't forget loading it all up in a nice shiny new SUV that most folks can't afford to own let fill it up with gas.

Those children and their parents are starving!

Source: Inter-American Development Bank, March 2006 report,“Remittance 2005”.

Mexico remains the largest recipient of remittances, at over US$20 billion, followed by Brazil and Columbia which for the first time reached over US$6 and US$4 billion respectively. Central America and the Dominican Republic combined to reach over US$11 billion; and the Andean countries totaled almost US$9 billion.

http://www.iadb.org/mif/v2/files/guemez_remit...

As much as 50% of remittances are unreported. As published in the Development Prospect Group Briefing #3, "This amount only reflects transfers through official channels. Econometric analysis suggests that unrecorded flows through informal channels may add 50 percent or more to recorded flows. Including these unrecorded flows, the true size of remittances, is larger than foreign direct investment flows and more than twice as large as official aid received by developing countries."

Oh, no, not used cars at all. Those illegals buy them new here in Houston. Sometimes there are two or three parked in driveways and on lawns here.

How many millions of times we have to tell the idiots that you must change the Constitution to negate nationality to births from two or one illegal parent.

It is the politician that you need to speak to, spit to, vomit to and defecate to and not the illegal.

The 45 millions people receiving EBT ARE FKING US citizens and LPR (legal Permanent Residents). Your debt and deficit nothing to do with illegal but a lot to do with your legacy costs (pensions, retirements, insurances, etc.) and mandatory obligations. Your adventures oversea is draining your treasury.

If you deny assistance to poor legal people just because their parents are illegal, YOU MUST DENY THE BLACKS, RUSSIANS, THE JEW, AND THE REST OF THE EXCREMENT YOU TOLERATE FROM YOUR COUSINS!

Too many people (legal AND Illegal) are taking advantage of these systems. I know a legal citizen that has been of food stamps for more than 7 years only because they are too lazy to get a real job. However, the subject at hand is the illegals, who ONLY come here so they can get the hand outs.(and here I thought it was supposed to be temporary help) that is their main reason for breaking the law and coming here to begin with. Is there any other country in the world that offers more handouts than we do? The 14th amendment is so grossly misinterpreted that is . One needs to take into account the reason they made this amendment to begin with. People seem to forget this and twist it to whatever way they want it to work for them. However, the criminals need to be cut first and foremost because they are breaking the law several times. First by entering this country illegally. Second by stealing IDs to get the aid they think they deserve to get the federal assistance. So many criminals think they deserve it just because they had a kid here which we had to fund just in hospital bills alone to bring them into this world. Are there any legal citizens here willing to foot those bills?

Why do you think illegal aliens are somehow 'entitled' to anything in the USA? US citizens are entitled, so if 45 million citizens out of 330 million citizens are receiving some sort of public assistance, then that's the way it is. They're fully entitled. Illegals are not. We can effectively deny illegals anything and everything, actually. All the people of ethnicities you list are citizens, and they will not be denied anything at all. They are entitled. Get it?

Illegals should be deported and their children should go with them. That's the right way to do it - according to our laws and morality.

Illegals cost US taxpayers billions upon billions of dollars directly at state and local levels, not at the federal level. Get a clue. They don't have much to do with federal deficits, but they have everything to do with state and local deficits, medical facilities closing their doors, and school systems failures. We have enough problems of our own to solve and we don't need people from other countries choosing to add to them. It's absurd to advocate for illegal foreign nationals.

No, the Constitution doesn't need to be changed. The states merely have to start issuing certificates of alien birth to illegal parents for their children born here. The clause in the 14th amendment that allows this is:

"Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, AND SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION THEREOF, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

By granting babies of illegal aliens state birth certificates, states are accepting those babies into state jurisdiction. By issuing only a certificate of alien birth, states are saying that they don't accept the child within their jurisdiction because the parents are foreign nationals and are subject to the jurisdictions of their own countries. This is quite legal and some states already have legislation in the works.

The status of the child follows the status of the parents. Proof of citizenship of both parents would be required, and if an illegal single woman can't cough up proof of the baby's father's citizenship, then the child would get a certificate of alien birth because of her illegal/foreign status. She'd have to go through legal channels to have the birth certificate amended after she found whichever citizen got her pregnant and got his birth certificate - if a citizen got her pregnant.

Any citizen of the USA MUST be a citizen of a state first. There is no birth certificate issued by the federal government, and birth certificates are what prove citizenship. See? It's pretty simple to understand.

QUOTE: "They could meet their goal without cutting off foodstamps to children."

I guess we're suppose to believe that the illegal parents and other illegal members of the family are not eating any of the food.

I love it when they cry, "it's for the poor little children!"

I'm so sick of children being used as cash cows for their sorry ass parents.

What a lot of people forget, is that these children who are school age, are also eating free breakfast and free lunches, meaning the parents are scarfing down food meant for the kids. It sounds like double-dipping to me. One case number in a household allows all children living in the household to be approved for free meals, even though they are here illegally.

It ain't coming soon enough. As a condition of employment,I am subject to random no prior notice drug testing.Perhaps it is one reason the Welfarians & Food Stampers refuse to work;they are well aware they can't get through testing.
