Poor face tax hike under Kansas governor's plan
Gov. Sam Brownback's proposed income tax overhaul would effectively raise taxes for the state's poorest households while helping individuals and some small businesses with incomes of more than $250,000 the most, according to figures developed by his administration.

Of coure the poor pay more. This is the Republican way for the last 30 years.
