This falls on her and her family in so many ways. First she is in the country illegally from what the age of 4? What has her family been doing for the last 14 years? This shows you the mindset of Mexicans, something this important you don't wait until the last day. Give yourself a cushion. Now she has 3 years to get a visa if they give her one.

She self deported, alright!

She was here illegally. It's not a visa issue per se; it's an illegal immigration issue.

My daughter-in-law is from Chihuahua, Mexico. Her, her sister, and her sisters husband, and all their children did it the right way, and are all now US citizens. They all also speak fluent English now. They are all smart, educated and very good people. No hand outs needed.

It can be done as I have seen it for myself. She would probably be the kind of person we would want as a citizen except she did not follow the rules and wants special treatment.

It seems like every Mexican here in Chihuahua seems to want special treatment over other Mexican people too. They butt in line and they cut each other off in the streets. I do not no why.
