Considering he has sought treatment for mental health issues, his FOID card should be revoked.
That's the law in Illegalnois.

Rep Jackson made the right choice getting treatment for his depression because the problem might worsen without treatment. He needs to go to therapy and take his medications for him to be able to get back on track. SSRIs may help in managing the symptoms.
