Good argument by the faith-based organizations. Their freedom to discriminate is being trampled on. Boo hoo. LOL

This shows just how clueless faith-based organizations are. They have nothing to do with marriage . There isn't a church; synagogue; or mosque anywhere in America that sells marriage licenses . A $35 marriage license is a government document sold in city halls and courthouses by government clerks. No religion needed or mentioned . Judges and Justices of the Peace solemnize marriages; sometimes for free. No preacher necessary . This is to assure marriage equality for hindus; jews; buddhists; muslims; catholics; mormons; holy rollers; fundies; and people from all cultures and nationalities; not just for christians . It's the American Way

How is a clergyman finalizing a state license a separation of church and state?
