Ill. officials push for illegal immigrant licenses

Illinois Senate President John Cullerton says he wants to pass a bill out of the Senate next week to give driver's licenses to illegal immigrants.

Illegals will run,step over each other to get drivers license (it will benefit them in more ways than one), but won't care to acquire insurance. This is all about revenue for the State. The State is broke, is running on a huge deficit and is taxing anything and everything imaginable. Example: Taxing gun owner $25.00 for each hand-gun besides the fees for permits,etc.(just an example)

Illinois politicians are too stupid to learn from the mistakes of others.

Look at how well licensing illegals has worked out in other states.

Maybe if Illegalnois would boot out those 460,000 illegals they are harboring, supporting and giving freebies to, the state wouldn't be $9 Billion in the hole.

So true, but they won't. No matter how much the Citizens of Illinois disagree and email Durbin, Jackson and the rest of these useless so called representatives.... they always seem to pander even more.

They(illegals) are coming undetected in droves(whether we like it,attempt to prevent it or not), pretty soon there will be nowhere they have not colonized. Then, when we take into consideration/account their breeding habits we will be the United States of Mexico along with their third world chaos..unfortunately.

I've been saying that for 10 years. In 15, between the way they are breeding, and the way our elected officials are embracing them, Americans will be a minority. Not just whites, but Americans.

For the life of me I cannot understand why so many are so anxious to just give this country away. They can't seem to realize that they will be as adversely affected as the rest of us.

BTW, I moved to a state that pulled in the welcome mat for illegals.

Good for for your State ! My experience tells me that people are just not into thinking past the present. They live on a day to day basis. I personally always attempt to have a plan "B" just in case plan "A" backfires. With the Obama Adm. doing their best in ruining our economy,Illegals taking up space/tax-dollars,,, getting out of IL. is (right up there) on my plan "B". You only could tolerate so much before it become unbearable.
