Have a problem with family court, custody, DCFS, VAWA, judges, lawyers, etc?

Well I stay in California. My kids were detained from my care on 3/2/11. Me n my bf had a argument that had a little physical activity in it. No body was hurt. I have two kids (4year old and 5month old). My bf mother is a dcfs worker for our county. The day the evebt happens I called her and asked her if she can come pick up her son. She declined and started questioning about the baby because she heard the baby crying. Askin me if he (her son) hit the baby. I was confused at the time I had a lot going on in my head and not realizing my answers to her. She called the police. They came to my home took out a dv (domestic violence ) report. They've never made a arrest. Cus my bf left the scene. They took out an emergency restraining order against him.that same night dcfs were at my door and so was my bf mother. Now I have this open false allegation case. Help immediately

we all need to create one page with our emails on those of us who live in illinois and pick a day when we all start calling the executive inspector general office at the dirksen building.if hundreds of us are calling at the same time we may get some results.and do it at least once a week!then we need to find a class action lawsuit attorney.if enough of us call they will take the case if its enough people. everybody needs to get together a call the dirksen building all on one the executive inspector general does not work for dcfs but investigates everybody who works for the state [e-mail] we need to get enough people ant dates and times to call and complain

Illinios DCFS has tooken my two children away from there mother on the 29th of mar 2012 then had gaven them back to her after getitng them tooken away cause i live out of state and cause am an sex offender and my charge was just an teenage mistake and if i was an threat they would of tooken them from her when we was togather but they didnt and now they're saying am a threat and am not but the thing that messed up DCFS told me i had to come to court cause of her mess screwed up

I'm goin through the same shit with dcfs my 9 month got burnt on the arm I was scared to take him to the doctor I treated it a month later he caught a virus hand foot and month the doctor saw the scar and called dcfs I'm confused and lost need sumone to talk to hurtin

I am involved with dcfs also. I have been thru hell and back with these ppl. I got accused of leaving my 2 year old son upstairs while i went downstairs to answer the door. They claimed i neglected him and took both of my kids from me. I have done everything they haveasked me to and i still havent got them back. I just recently had another child 11/24/12 and they came to tje hospital and took her to. I can have my kids back but they want me to do counsling. Ive signed up for it 5 times and they still havent been able to get in. Its now even harder cuz they switced my caseworker once again. Ive been doing everything and im still being punished as a criminal. This is rediculous and i need more ppl in the same situation to come forward with me....i want action takin now and i want them punished for not standing by our rights....im from rockford il

I completely agree Iam part of a family that almost 4 years ago was torchered by having my baby cousins taken away. It was dcfs mistake and we are still fighting to get them back ;( he youngest had cellulitis which caused swelling of the head which started causing pressure so we took her to the hospital we had dr records saying it was cellulitis n it causes pressure which caused bruising n they claimed my aunt beat my cousin she never even raised her voice to those babies. And now we are still fighting dcfs it s to the point my gma is selling her house of over 20 years to keep paying for a lawyer to get the girls back. And now we aren't allowed any visits and the kids are calling the foster parents mommy and daddy which is wrong. Dcfs will pay for what they did.

I am going through all the same madness with DCFS in illinois, Fulton County. They have unfounded all reports (that were the same people reporting over and over) but they reinvestigated the last report that was unfounded and turned it into indicated!! They never took my children but trust me it has taken its toll on all of them. Dcfs claims that they were getting repeat calls from one woman ( who they gave me her name) and it ends up it was my son's family that was doing all the false allegations and repeated calling dcfs to do something and they decided ( a DCFS worker literally told me this) to turn the report to indicated cause they wanted the people to stop calling and harrassing everyone at dcfs! I was shocked! so we go to court this week to fight the indicated report. Dcfs has pictures that the paternal grandparents have taken of all of his bruises whenever he comes from my house and dcfs saw all these pics but when i tried to get them to look at all my pics of what he looks like when he come from his father's, the refused to look at any of mine!! I know they won't stop calling in reports once we win this overturn of the indicated report and i am at my wits end on how to get them to stop. And the weird thing is all this dcfs stuff started when his father was off his probationary period for beating the crap out of me!!! and also a month later my son received a HUGE inheritance from his great granmother on his dad's side that he can't touch unless he has full custody...nice of him to want to sell it all and not save it for his son's future. The grandparents are basically doing all the calling and lying cause the father is their puppet. Please HELP, i will call people, I will write people, i will rally at places..anything to help all this crap stop. they are chasing all of us inocent people while the ones that are truly hurting there children are out there, still getting away with it!! My children now need to see a counselor because they were forced to strip naked at 1230 am at night to show that they had no bruises or signs of abuse on them!! and they have came to my house sooo many times to question them also. Can I deny them access into my house? Can I deny them to talk to my children without me present?? They even went to my childrens school to talk to them without my knowledge, mu kids had to tell me!! Some of this crap has to be illegal!!
