In the state of Illinois, over half of the employees have either a GED or a High School Diploma with nothing else to go with it. No college or trade school, they're not subject to drug test anymore, and their pensions are way more than average. When will it all change? Very soon is what most people (except the state workers) expect and hope. Sorry to the state workers but 90% of the people around you believe and know you're overpaid by the hour, salary, and by pension. Especially those of you without any type of degrees. Many state workers are making more than registered nurses with better benefits and it has to change if Illinois wants to be out of the category "One of the worst states to live in". Number 3 in the top ten and other survey's agree.
