It means Illinois is soon going to have to abandon their treasonous ways. And finally accept the fact that People have a right to be armed for their own defense. Hopefully they shall soon be forced to accept the fact that they don't need a 'permit' to do it.

THIS is We The People's 'permit:

"The Right of the People to Keep and Bear Arms shall NOT be infringed."

It means the following message for ALL travellers to Chicago's collar county area (DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, DeKalb, and Will counties) whether on foot, bicycle, roller skates, or in a car; "Warning! No Trespassing. Only current residents of the neighborhood allowed beyond this point. Use of Deadly Force Authorized." It also means "Stand Your Ground" laws are next for Illinois. When that happens, the killing of strangers will skyrocket right through the roof, and nobody will ever feel safe anymore even taking a bus or train, let alone driving or riding their bicycles through many areas of Illinois, especially including cities/towns like Berwyn, Stickney, Forest View, Sycamore, DeKalb, Lombard, Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Naperville, Bolingbrook, Downers Grove, Elgin, Aurora, Batavia, and West Chicago. When/if "Stand Your Ground" laws are passed in Illinois, people in and near those cities/towns will start blasting bicyclists right to the ground and spraying passing cars with gunfire, all because that person passing through does not live in their neighborhood.

The only reason it has not happened in Florida is because Florida people have hearts for others. Floridians are friendly and welcoming. Illinoisans, on the other hand, have frozen ice cubes where their hearts should be (it's no wonder Illinois is a vast social desert!) and in Illinois, practically nobody loves their neighbors, especially in Chicago's collar county and satellite town area.

With man it is impossible. But with God all things are possible.

It means "Welcome to Fort Zancudo!" for people who don't live in Chicago's collar county and satellite town area and dare to venture in there.
