Why hasn't the press talked about Hillary's pastor Rev. William Procanik who was convicted in January 2008 for sexual abuse of a child (7 year old girl) and child endangerment, he received 3 years in prison. While Hillary is saying she would have left that church why was she in Rev. Procanik church? I personally don't hold anyone accountable for a pastor's statements or acts but there is a double standard going on here and the American voters don't have all of the information. Why? Sure there are people who weren't voting for Obama in the first place. But to put out a story with discussing Hillary's pastor's illegal sexual behaviors and conviction is not a balanced story. If people are judging Obama on his judgement what about the Clintons judgement.

I'm not sure why it is interesting, however if Obama had chosen one of these as his spiritual mentor he wouldn't be in the mess he is in today. He chose Wright to further his career with the connections he thought he would make through Wright. Too bad that his overly ambitious nature did him in. Not too bad for Hillary, though.

Why are you not reporting about Mickey Kantor comment about Indy "Those people are s**t...how would you like to be a worthless white "n word"."
I think people need to know this is BIGGER then Rev Wright.
And
The Clinton campaign now claims she actually said "Rich people, God blessed us" on Falafel Bill O'Reilly's show. Blessed, as in B-L-E-S-S-E-D, not bless.

What do you expect, black clergy to support Clinton or McCain? That might happen when pigs fly. This is a black vs white presidential race from the beginning and if anyone tells you different then they are talking out of their a$$es. Wise up people.

Obama did not denounce Rev.Wright when he was spewing his hatred and racist rants angainst white America, he denouced Wright when he went after him. Obama dosn't care what the Reverend says about whitey, he just dosn't like being called a "politician".

Hmmm, did it ever occur to you that maybe they are not voting for Clinton because she is a women? Maybe they are all male chauvinist and do not want a women. However you chose race card because???? Just maybe that's the reason you are not voting for him.

Notice that none of the preachers took issue with the anti-white, anti-Jewish, anti-Italian, anti-American statements that Wright made. If blacks in general feel this way, then the racial divide is going to get wider and wider. There is little point in whites attempting to cross that chasm if they're not going to be met halfway by blacks. And the last thing this country needs is a president who will exacerbate the situation rather than ameliorate it.

Yeah, if it wasn't Rev. Wright, Rezko, etc it would have been some one else. Bishop Brazier was my Pastor for many years and he has made comments that I didn't agree with. I'm sure the media would have hashed them up if he had also been Obama's pastor and used that against him as well.

I have yet to see what Obama, himself, has done that is so much worse than the other candidates??? I'm still waiting??? All of a sudden because the media cannot find anything that he has done, he is responsible for what everyone else has said and done because they have crossed his path in life.

Good for you! So when is it against the law to change your mind. All humans are liars in that case. So, since it is clear, evident and beyond argument that Obama falls into the 'human' category, I would say that he falls into the same bucket as new, old and yet to be Presidents. I guess you are voting for McCain because Hillary certainly lied about sniper fire! Or does she fall into another category because she 'misspoke'?

William Procanik's actions are abominable, however her attending his church has nothing to do with leading this country, However Obama's minister Wright's outlook on America says a lot about Obama, seeing he spent 20 years in the pews while that man spewed filth and damnation to America.

Let's just keep it real here.

Obama is a RACIST, just like his pastor.

You don't sit in a church pew for TWENTY years, then pretend you just found out he was a NUT when you run for President.

Gimme a break!

Now he's UNELECTABLE. And rightly so.

To try and deflect the impact of the hateful Wright, the Obama Pom Squad likes to mention Hagee, Falwell, etc., etc. etc.

If Falwell or Hagee has been the pastor and close friend of a presidential candidate for the 25 years, it's a campaign issue because it speaks to the judgment and character of that candidate.

If Falwell/Hagee married the candidate and his or her wife, it's a campaign issue.

If Falwell/Hagee baptized the candidate’s children, it's an issue.

However, if Falwell, Hagee or another controversial preacher has merely endorsed a candidate, big deal.

Obama CHOSE to spend the last 25 years aligned with the hateful Wright and the Black Nationalist movement.

Big, big difference between a voluntary 25-year relationship and being the recipient of one of thousands of endorsements for president.

Nice try, but no cigar Obama cheerleaders.

People will always vote for the person that best matches their own needs, interests, beliefs, and so on.

We all do this, and to deny it is silly.

With that, why do people think it is racist that a black person would want to vote for Obama above another politician who is white? If a black person feels that a black candidate would better understand and represent them, they will vote for them. Wouldnt you?

Where is the cry of sexism about women who will only vote for Clinton, just because she is a woman? Some women will vote for Clinton, for the same reasons of values, beliefs, ideas, and so on, but also some will vote for her just because she is a Woman, and can then better understand the needs of women across our country.

The myopic notions people have about this election are a big problem in this country, and prevent us from moving forward. Instead of thinking that a person would vote for Obama because of his ideas, they cant get past the color of his skin. The same goes for Clinton being a woman.

Grow up and vote for the person whom you think would do the best job for all of us, regardless of Race or Gender.

To not vote for a candidate solely based on Gender or Race is ignorant.

Do any posters here like being categorized by others simply based on your gender or race? I didnt think so.
