this plan to close the prisons is just goofy. Start putting all these thieves in prison. no more probation

Actually prison guard unions have only there interests in mine they lobby against marijuana legalization they also lobby for harsh sentences on non violent drug crimes , so actually if we stopped putting people in jail who don't belong there , that would fix are over population in prisons , we need to start giving rapist more time than non violent drug offenders , are country is turning into a police state
