Pick three has numbers that have not come in for 6 years and one number in particular that has not come in for ten years. There are two draws a day and some number combinations come in constantly and the odds of that without control are terrible. Cant trust our politicians or any other company where big money is involved and it is too easy to rip people off and be able to justify it on paper.

If you're convinced that the same numbers keep appearing in the pick3, pick4 draws. Why don't you play those continuously drawn numbers"boxed"and scam the scammers?

This morning 3/10/13 ought a ticket at a gas staion from a machine and it came out cut wrong. 3/4 of the ticket gone but with 1/4 of the next ticket on it which has a 100 dollar prize matching the number on my cut off ticket winning numbers. I'm going to go see how they handle this one.

if you play scratch off tickets on the southside of chicago you may as well just burn your money, the odds of winning are impossible, i play a min of $100 a day and don't win spit off $5 $10 or $20 dollar tickets it seems the overall odds on the back of the ticket is a bold face lie, you can buy $50 worth of five dollar tickets and not one win, no one, what the hell is going on it aint going to the schools, this is some bs.we are being screwed raw!!

Ithink it"s pretty lame that the $2.00 "win for life" scratch off has a "winning number" that only pays off $1.00 as opposed to the price of the ticket.

An investigation should be looked into regarding the payouts to many individuals purchasing lotto, little lotto and daily picks 3 & 4 in Illinois. I have played the Illinois lottery on every game and feel that most are including myself are chasing a losing scam. I live downstate in Champaign, IL and there are few winner candidates in this area. Chicago area is the only area that I notice most winners are from. I even tally per each promotion number to see how many winners are out there, none from Champaign, IL. There are thousands of individuals pouring money into the IL Lottery downstate & they (the lottery) is running a major scam. An investigation and overhaul needs to be made and SOON....
We all want to win and win big but fact remains that it's still a"you win some you lose some" thing. Only thing we can do is cross our fingers wish each other good luck!

No doubt Illinois scratch tickets are a huge scam. I have bought some from time to time and I am lucky if I break even. The ones who are running this rip-off factory should be investigated and more!!!

I have noticed some of the winning tickets, show not a winner after scratching, but if clerk runs ticket through the computer....its a winner. This way most people scratch ticket and see its not a winner and throw it away, the state keeps all unclaimed prizes

I was playing books of tickets all throughout 2012. 600$ for a book of 20$ tickets. The odds are exactly on concerning the small prizes. For every 600 I've spent i get back 340$. Book after book. Only one time did i find a 400$ winner in a book. That's it. Look at the odds. The chance of getting anything over a 100 dollar prize in a book is very rare. Say 1000$. They say 1 in 1200 tickets or something like that. So since there's 30 20$ tickets in a roll divide 1200 by 30 =40. So 1 ticket out of 40 rolls contains a 1000 dollar ticket. Good luck finding those with 8100 lottery stores in illinois. The odds they state are spot on. Fact remains we are idiots for playing. Unless you buy 1 every once in awhile and happen to hit 50 or a 100. You're not going to win. I have since stopped buying scratch off tickets. Rather than continue to line their pockets with my hard earned cash. You have better luck at a casino. And yes it is true that there used to be alot more winners and better odds a few years ago. Find an old ticket look at the odds on the back and do the math. They have gotten more greedy since "privatizing" the lottery system. Since they've raised every tax in this state on us the last few years i Refuse to give them even more money by playing the lottery. ill say i think it is messed up that every time i turn on the radio or tv they are advertising the lottery and making us think we actually have an easy chance at winning a big jackpot. I'm so sick of hearing about birthday surprise and how I should play every day so i can win. Truth is they are handing out 4 big jackpots on the game out of millions and millions of tickets sold. I know a few people who have lost their homes over lottery addictions. It should not be legal for the state to play on people's emotions this way. The state is getting rich off of us!! "buy an extra shot". "try the easy match" " try our raffles over and over" its criminal. Just say no. Don't buy them save your money and you will come out ahead.

Well if your smart enough to look at the odds of winning on the back for example on a $10 crossword a $10 prize is 1 in 12. So unless you get lucky your basically gonna spend $120 to win $10? So you're knowingly giving your money to the state.. I mean do they have to actually put thanks for your donation on the ticket? Come on people do the math jeezzz

i have been a moderate player for 30+ years. In
the last 2 years i have noticed a big reduction in winners for the scratch off games. the last 30 win for life tickets i bought not even a free ticket winner. Anyone else notice this? Me thinks the state is trying to get more money out of this without telling us. THE CORRUPTION CONTINUES.
The latest scam is having ONE ticket, out of 750,000 sold during the 4th of July raffle, win TWICE!!! Once for $100.00 and again for
$1 million!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THE ODDS OF THAT HAPPENING????

I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT THE COMPUTER USED TO DRAW THE NUMBERS FOR ANY RAFFLE WOULD SELECT THE EXACT SAME NUMBERS AT RANDOM TWICE!!!

With the history of corruption in Illinois, who in their right mind would think the lotto system is legit?
