Des Moines, Iowa, district attorney, Patrick Jackson, refused to even question the executives at Guide One regarding a lawsuit accusing the company's client, a parochial school, of child abuse.
Guide One won because their attorneys used perjury and destruction of evidence to lie about what the adults and the attacker did, plus used perjury to falsely make the victim the villain. The child, who was repeatedly attacked by a violent older 14-year-old, suffered permanent damage, and kept trying to get away from the attacker. EVERY CHILD IN THE U.S. IS POTENTIALLY HARMED BY GUIDE ONE'S INVOLVEMENT IN ALL THE FELONIES COMMITTED. This case shows how corrupt America's legal system is and the desperate need to save victims from insurance companies and their ability to control the federal government, and Iowa's state government. What kind of government awards any insurance company? Iowa's. What kind of government looks the other way at crimes against children which endanger their lives? Iowa's and Des Moine's. Guide One is continuing to go after their victims for damages. Millions of Americans would be prosecuted for trying to prosper from felonies committed, but Guide One executives and attorneys are above the law, but only because the people of Iowa look the other way. They must be prosecuted, but that will only happen if the people of Iowa demand it. America will be watching. Some details are at insurance corruption. com. |
