Immigration bills could add to Mexico's woes

Americans who are concerned about the decades old illegal immigration crisis and perhaps confused about solutions have only to look to Arizona and the neighboring Mexican state of Sonora to understand the obvious: Enforcement works.

With the millions in foreign aid we send to MX and the illegals wire-transferring billions into MX every year, they should all be living in reitrement by now. Isn't that just TOO BAD that Mexico isn't happy? Deport them now! And, let's not sit still for "you're deporting the mothers of children." No one's holding them hostage! And Mexico calls those that have returned "repatriated migrants." They have a name for everything don't they, except ILLEGAL Immigrants who've cross our borders and robbed us blind!

Here's a good letter to send to your congressman.

Subject:
H.R. 4987

To:
Rep.??

April 28, 2008

As a citizen, I fear for the security of our nation when elected officials, who send troops to other parts of the world to provide security, cannot do the same right here. Instead, we are being invaded by those looking to steal our jobs, sell illegal drugs, or siphon benefits reserved for taxpaying citizens!

We are demanding a permanent solution, and it starts with the construction of the border fence as promised (double-layered).

I am urging you to listen to your constituents and co-sponsor H.R. 4987, The Fence by Date Certain Act.

This is a vital piece of legislation that must be supported to protect our sovereignty and security.

Please know that I will be closely monitoring your actions on H.R. 4987.

Congress still plans on increasing H1-B Visa's. We must ACT NOW!!

Subject:
Real ID Act and Immigration

To:
Rep. Timothy Mahoney
President George Bush
Sen. Bill Nelson
Sen. Mel Martinez

April 29, 2008

I have mixed feelings about the Real ID Act.
On one hand, I resent my rights being encrouched upon. I do not trust my gov't not to have ulterior motives for implimenting it. On the other, I will do almost anything to keep the illegal "parasites" out of my country.

Reported on CNN this am
OUR POPULATION WILL HIT 1 BILLION BY 2100.
Illegal's enter our country at the rate of 3000 per day.
Our gov't listens to Bill Gates foolishness and wants to increase H1-B visa's for more people. We then have "chain migration" to top it all off.
How sad that our once great country will be one big highway and strip mall. Our resources will be gone and we will be killing each other for water like rats in a a cage.

All this because BIG BUSINESS NEEDS CHEAP LABOR!!
My question is:
After they (along with our Congress), ruin our nation. When we are all living in Third World conditions with no money to spend. Who do they think is going to buy their products???

End chain migration
End "anchor baby" citizenship
Put a moratoreum on ALL immigration until we research the need for more people.

SAVE OUR COUNTRY FOR THE GENERATIONS TO COME!!!!

Dear Fed UP: I don't blame you for being fed up. But you don't need to be afraid of the Real ID Act. It will be a tamper proof driver's license that will only have minimal amount of info on you; just enough to prove that if you say that you are John Doe, that you can prove that you are John Doe. It will help to weed out terrorists and illegal aliens...

i disagreed with you and i'm from naples florida. i kind of agree and disagree with you. first i don't know where you get your info from but there is no aid being sent to mexico. and even if these people were to send money back they usually only send a small piece of there paycheck. now i will agree with you that illegal is illegal and a crime but if your going to make an arguement do it with proper facts. think about it the majority of illegals here are single males and the majority of illegals on welfare or footstamps are women with kids. now if you take that into consideration that would mean that less then 60% of illegals here are actually using this so called free money. now i've read all those so called statistics about illegals and none of them are correct and there all full of contradictions. i read one that said americans are paying 55k per illegal. now if you do the math that mean each of us is paying $2000 a year for them which from my knowledge is nothing plus no one can even agree on how many are actually here. there are more black and hispanics on welfare then illegals. now give me some good numbers that are actully close to the truth and then maybe i'll agree with you.
Do you ever go to a Wal-Mart? My daughter works at the customer service in one of the NE stores. Hundreds and thousands are wire-transferred every day. Then the same people are using the Food Stamp program cards for their groceries. And while we're on the subject of the African American/Blacks, why do you think their unemployment rate is so high? Packing plants, roofing, construction in NE, formerly employeeing African American/Blacks have been replaced with foreigners and yes mostly Latino. On average there are 20-30 people living in a single-family house in NE. I don't know what goes on in FL. So I'll now write what's in one of our grocery ads today, por favor (thank you) The store which will never see another dollar from me again! We constantly hear that all illegal aliens aren't just Hispanic, Latino or whatever the "acceptable" name is today, then why are the other purported illegals from other countries patronized in the same way? I don't need Latino illegals cutting my grass, picking my food or draining our tax bases. This is just the beginning of how I am against people entering my country, robbing us blind and complaining constantly as to rights they do not have! You may not agree with me, but that's the right we as Americans have, Freedom of Speech! Thanks.

so no only illegal speak spanish? there's alot of people who are here that only speak spanish and there here legally. i am a cuban american and i see it everyday. there's a town about 45 minutes from where i live that's full of illegals and from what i've seen with my own eyes your perception of them is way off. i also work for the state government and i know for a fact that the majority of tax payer dollars go towards social security (which illegals do not have access to), building projects, schools, road maintenance, bridges etc. and not to mention state and local government employees. i myself have been to nebraska many times and i know there's a big number of hispanics there but the majority of them are either americans or legal citizens. i have also been all over the southwest to places that actually have illegal problems and the majority of illegals in those places don't even go to the hospital when there hurt due to fear. what you are going by is not actual statistics or even anything remotely true. you going by racial profiling and negative sterotypes that are a result from media propeganda. i've done my research and have actually gone out and talked to illegals and seen with my own 2 eyes how there lives are and i can honestly tell you that none of the bullcrap from the media is even close to being true. maybe you should do some research for yourself.
I did do my research, concluding that NE's 24% increase in the last few years is due to illegals. I don't know where you traveled by you need to visit, Omaha, Lincoln, Fremont, Schuyler, Norfolk, North Platte and other towns. You don't really think they run around in our state with "I'm illegally in this state and country" do you? Why do you think there's a Mexican Consolate in Omaha? And, why do you have to call yourself a Cuban American? If you're here legally you were required to denounce your country of origin. Apparently you felt that only was for others? I don't call myself an Irish American, Belgium American, English American. I am an American, always have been, always will be. If those who've actually been naturalized would start understanding they're Americans, it would be a start with no hyphenated country of birth involved. Otherwise I see a two-sided person. One in my country only because of what it can give them and another side-missing one's home land. Which is it for you?

oh and one more thing think about this 605 billion dollars are spent every year for welfare which is a stat that no just includes illegals but african americans, other hispanics, and poor white. and guess what that's less then 6% of our countries economy which means that this figure doesn't even make a dent in our economy. oh and illegals aren't the only ones that send money to mexico or other countries. oh and if you've seen people paying with food stamps they were probably american or had an american with them. cause you need a social sercurity card and proof of income in order to get food stamps. 2 things that illegals can't get especially since the majority of them get paid under the table.
Where oh where have you been hiding? Do you really think social security cards purchased by an illegal are really checked out? You must also believe that illegal documents aren't bought to provide a second ID? Do you think it's hard to buy a food stamp card and pin number? You know with that under the table cash! Better get out more and listen to others. You apparently have a lot of catching up to do! I didn't say it's only Hispanic/Latinos, it's just that there are millions and millions here in my country. The others apparently know better than speak in their foreign language...that would draw interest in them. But Spanish-we're just to get used to it. Wrong! And if you think 6% isn't much, I suggest you just send in an additional 6% every payday as a gift!
