Voter fraud charged by the black caucus.

These uneducated idiots pandering to the same don't realize the wording on the ballot was as written so a 5th grade child could comprehend it, and a large majority voted to support the charter school amendment. When I first saw this headline I was hopeful a lot of black parents were fed up with the inferior educations their children were receiving in school districts such as Atlanta, Fulton, Dekalb, Clayton, Dougherty, etc and wanted the charter schools as an alternative to those school systems producing children with little future because of the type of educations they had been receiving. Alas, I was wrong, they are now claiming the voters couldn't read the simple message on the ballot. I don't doubt the high school graduates in the above mentioned school districts had difficulty comprehending standardized English, but that is not the fault of the English we use for communication, it is the fault of the school system. These idiots are beating the wrong horse again for self gratification to gain votes, next we will hear their old stand by, "Its Racist", and they will be tying ribbons on trees, marching, and singing. These feckless people are easier to read than a first grade book. The tuth shall set you free. Bless their little hearts.
