By the time the city and state government get finished with rules and requirements, its not going to be worth the trouble.
horn
back up alarm
seat belts
lights rear and front
Carts must be installed with brakes,
must have a decal, THERES THE TAX COLLECTION
must have a minimum of $300,000 liability insurance
Must have door restraints
must not travel over 20 miles per hour

let a bunch of politicians get ahold of something and they will MAKE IT USELESS even before it EVER BECOMES A PROBLEM

If anyone cares to know go to the Peachtree City Police department and ask about crimes involving golf carts. Or better yet ask about injuries involving golf carts and minors. Or better yet ask an off duty Police officer how he/she really feels about golf carts. I rest my case!!

Does tour community allow golf carts on city streets?

How do you feel about that?

Orlando allows golf cart travel on more city streets as laws change. Many cities are adopting new laws to allow golf carts on city streets. http://tinyurl.com/orlandogolfcarts Does your city allow golf carts on city streets?

Maybe taking a leisurely walk or bike ride is the answer instead of cruizing around city streets on golf carts. Much better health wise!
