This is quite common in areas that are hubs for narcotic trafficking (ie CA, GA, TX, FL, etc). Mexican drug cartels have operations in these states. They are deliberately and strategically flooded with Mexican migrant farm workers that are (legals & illegals). Many are used in drug trafficking and will appear to just be mere farm hands.

Legalize marijuana, and they would be "mere farm hands."
Takes the "scariness" out of it.

The more hard working people with family values we have,the better.What we need to worry about is those who WILL NOT WORK and have no concept of family.They may largely be identified by race also.

Yes, most people on welfare in the USA are white. But I don't think you should denigrate all white people in the USA because of that.
