I am voting for Benham.

If they are in office now, it is time to get them out and put in some new blood.

Paul doesn't even have to campaign and will win easily - won't be close. Benham is a nut plus she's an Obama loving socialist liberal progressive leftwing Democrat.

You might be surprised at the outcome Sarah.

Tuesday evening will show you how many "Obama loving socialist liberal progressive leftwing Democrats" there are out there.

No disclosures ZERO for Benham through the entire election. Wow. She doesnt even know how to run a campaign or is hiding something embarassing.Ive seen her bright purple signs once or twice though. theyre god awful. So she paid for them. Someone ought to file an ethics complaint. We already let this slide for one of the commissioner candidates. I find that very telling of someones tact and basic competence to report to us with everyone else.

ZERO disclosures of anykind of Benham. Incompetent. There was a commissioner candidate we let this slide on. Bad practice that some think they dont have to meet the responsibilities all campaigns have to if theyre serious. She has spent money on some of those gaudy bright purple signs. Did she even file anything??? Sometimes I wonder with these Democrats. You can file an ethics inquery.

If you are so worried about it why don't you file the inquiry?

This is very common and there is usually no penalty involved when the matter is corrected.

Paul was even late himself on a previous election if I remember correctly.

Debbie, you are so wrong. The only time they waive the fee is if there was some kind of error on their part. Benham didn't file a single disclosure this year. It's an automatic fine of $125 if it's even a day late. She owes $500 in fines.

$500 in fines? If she can't even get her financial disclosures filed, what makes you think she would be a good state house rep???

If you will check you will find that it is not over yet. There are filings required even after the election.

I love you experts that like to mouth on these boards wanting someone else to file a complaint. I agree with Debbie, file it yourself if it bothers you.

Exactly, so Benham will be getting another fine at the end of the year...$625. You don't have to file a complaint. Her fines are all on the state ethics website.
