Scammed, not extorted. Once you are an adult, your record can ALWAYS be found, unless your name is Obama.

It's SUPPOSED to be humiliating, that's why they do it in the first place. Easy to avoid, don't drink and drive.

The photo just shows the public who was out driving around sauced up and was ARRESTED, not who was found not guilty for some technical reason. If you were sober you would have never been arrested, booked and photographed in the first place. You won't get it removed, not should you be able to. The public has a right to know who to watch out for.

Let me say something to the person that left the comment about drinking and driving. First of all you think every arrest is a criminal conviction that reflects a mug shot, jackass? No, you have the choice to refuse a breath test and will still be arrested. I knew people who were in there that had no under the influence substance in them. You are an idiot if you entrust everything within the law and those who enforce them!

If you refuse a breath test, do you think the cops should let you go? They have to arrest you so you don't go down the road and kill someone with your druk-ass. You'll learn the hard way that the public doesn't want you on the road. You'll be in the papers again, I'm sure.

No dumb f..., didn't you read my comment in detail? You entrust every person associated with the law? It's their word against anyone! Does it mean they are always right? This has no reflection on my personal situation, this is in general. If your interpretation of my comment is your comment you stated above, then everyone this Joe Balls is stupid, disregard any of his comments. Why do you work for removearrest.com company? The way you sound so accusatory to get business, I don't know. You sound like a hustler or wanna be to nickname yourself Joe Balls!

Look at where Joe Balls is suggesting people to in his first comment. You seem shady.

If the cops say you're drunk, you are drunk, period. No cop is going to say you're drunk just for fun. In this case I DO trust them. I trust the breathalyzer and blood tests too because they are supervised all the way. I trust the cops to not waste their time framing innocent people on either a traffic stop or a roadblock. To do otherwise is to cast common sense aside. The entire police force and civilian technologists would have to be in on the scam. You make no sense at all. And I don't work for anyone involved, that was a stupid statement. I'm just someone that wants all you drunks off the road, and if putting your picture in the paper embarrasses you, GOOD. I just attended a funeral last week for my fourteen year old niece. She was KILLED by a drunk driver two days before Thanksgiving, and I'm supposed to feel for you being booked as a drunk and having your picture in the paper? I'd like to saw the drunk's head off with a dull hacksaw.

Because my location is "hidden?" FYI, I'm in Hawaii but TOPIX keeps placing me all over the place. I don't know why they are doing it and it's not important anyways. Why are you concerned where I am?

Won't do him any good. How can a private company force the government to hide a public record.
