I hope these comments find all those who read these words healthy and blessed. But I need a better understanding of why Blacks still try to seperate themselves from others based on the color of their skin. I feel as if as a race you impower those who would discriminate, no other race actually does this. You will not find a white leadership meeting or a gathering of Oriental mayors, no white enertainment TV channel, or white history month. When Obama ran for president he did so without putting his skin color out front, doing this is what made him equal made him a human whose blood is red and American no diferent than mine. Its when we stop sitting ourselves apart from others that we become equal So relish your past your future your culture but please just consider just being a Leadership Conference the color of your skin should no longer define who you are but your words and actions no different then our President Elect which is why he recieved my vote and Im a 39 year old educated white southern male, although removing the word white from my last ascertion makes my identy any less important. Please think about what I have said and end what many see as self discrimination which continues to be a wedge between us all. The Human Race

If all whites had that mind frame, but it's sad to say that we are a people who live strong prejudice everyday. We are always been judged first by our race and then by our character. We need black leadership to show us how to move beyond this wickness, hatred, that tries to seperate us from the good of the world, called prejudice. You have good intentions but you are only one and I am sad to say it takes more than one to rid the hatred for the color of your skin in America!!! Only God can do these things so Black Leadership keep on loving those who hate you and show our younger race how to live in LOVE for all man kind the way God intended it to be!!! Pastor J

So, a group of men standing in a bar to discuss the football game on Monday night is a bad thing?
Jewish people meeting during the week to study religion is a bad thing?
Wednesday night Bible study is a bad thing?
Any collective experience people have is a bad thing.
Here goes the right of assembly.

Let them have their leadership conference. When I attend my klan meetings we do not invite them. Everyoone has a right to have their own groups. They need leadership just like us white folks.
