This is not a bill that will reduce drug use. It is a bill that will increase profitability for black market drug sales. The supply side Reagan agenda lives! What a joke the drug war is.

Another "big problem", crack down of CC that are raising rates, doesn't matter how long you've had the card, never missed a payment.
Mine went from 6.9% to 15.9%. I thought the Gov. was looking into that!!!

I picked up a NEW TIMES yesterday...the "Best of " issue.
It had 20 PAGES of PAIN MANAGEMENT CLINICS advertising in it! INSANE!
These are fronts for LEGAL DRUG DEALING. I was pitched with an INVESTMENT PROSPECTUS for PAIN MANAGEMENT CLINICS....I walked out when I found out what it was. They basically said they were going to be like LEGAL HEROIN PUSHERS and MINT MONEY.
GUESS WHAT , THEY ARE!.
The Governement Approves this OXYCONTIN PILL MILLS but bans Marijuana use while approving alcohol?
Our Government is weak and corrupt to allow this to happen.

I don't really think that this bill would hurt the people who really need the meds..It is aimed at the people who leave a clinic with several hundred pills or more...And several different kinds...How much can a person actually take?...Most of the people who go get five hundred to a thousand pills a month...They keep what they want and sell the rest to supply their own habit...That is what the bill is trying to prevent..These people don't need them, they just want them...Alot of people have died from painkillers...ALOT of people and something needs to be done...The people who really need them will get them..I'm sure the doctors know the difference...If someone could explain why a person has to get 500 pills or more every month I would love to hear it....I know from personal experience that when you take one a day soon it will not be enough...then you need two and so on..It's not a choice but your body gets used to them and you need another to feel better and before you know it you are taking four, five or more everyday....You need one to get your as s out of bed in the morning...Regulating this will save alot of lives...The war on drugs will never be won but it still needs to be regulated to some degree...Legalize herb and some of the bad stuff might slow down a bit..

This is a sad day to everyone in Florida! What we were not tpld is the Drug Czar Bill Jane was in meeting with people from Purdue who makes Oxycontin. Purdue wanted this Bill to pass as its 8 year old technology that doesnt run in Real Time and something as easy as Fake ID can beat! The bottom line is Purdue stock holder keep making the money! You will even find out that Purdue is going to pay then 4 million dollars!

Here's the Real Deal! Purdue (The company that makes Oxycontin) supported and worked hard to get Bill Jane Florida's Drug Czar in getting this Bill passed. Ask yourself why Purdue would work endless hours to get this Bill Passed? Answer: Its outdated 7 year old technology! It doesn't run in Real Time and something as easy as Fake ID can beat it! So Purdue will keep making Billions from the Back of people who live in Florida! Bill Jane saw a real time system that uses Biometrics that can't be beat and he said that the Biometric system was the best system he's ever seen however Purdue would never pay for it and they agared in a dark back room to pay for the old system!

If you are going to write a bill, do it right the first time. What the hell is wrong with these lawmakers, are they lazy, incompetent, or both? This is putting a bandaid on a gunshot wound!!

Wow!

Maybe he can sign a bill stopping the abuses of the insurance companies in this state who are brazen with their increases to homeowners?

Maybe he can sign a bill requiring ALL city governments to budget better and spend within their means, not wantonly?

Maybe he can REALLY address the issues he PROMISED to address????

Maybe I'll vote for SOMEONE else in the senate race!

Maybe the rest of the state of FloriDUH will wake up and see the great BS job Uncle Charlie's given us and impeach him!

C'mon, Charlie, stick to the issues you campaigned and LIED to us on, and
CUTTHECRAP!
