Millions of normal people voted against homosexual marriage.
It takes only one homosexual judge to tell the millions they are wrong.

The mentally deranged, sexually deviants should be second class citizens, like all mentally ill. Letting one and one half percent of a human population define morality for the rest of humanity shows the weakness and cowardice of a people having lost its way.

Sweetie, it really doesn't matter how many millions of your "normal people" voted to violate the constitutional rights of their fellow citizens, they had no right to. You see, the US Constitution guarantees the rights of the people against such tyranny by the majority, no matter how well meaning. Like if millions of "normal people" got it in their well meaning hearts to vote to deny recognition to Catholic marriages. The majority doesn't get to turn on folk they don't approve of like that. Sorry.

And the anti-gays go nuts once again!!!!

Maybe one day they're realize constitutional rights aren't subject to a popular vote.

Or maybe they won't.

Either way, the courts will follow the constitution and overturn all the remaining bans, and the anti-gays can all go f-themselves!

Comforting to know that these things never change...
What I find most perverse and hypocritical is how all the small gov't ... pro privacy talk ends here....
here the anti's want a robust gov't ...that is willing to police your bedroom....
all backed up by a judicial system that they hope is "activist" and intrusive

And the 10th circuit just issued their ruling in the Oklahoma case overturning that ban as well.

Yeah!!!

Now we wait for the 4th circuit which could rule any day now.

Gods, Goddesses and higher powers to be named later forbid. Even atheist Rainbow Trout pray that that mess is any other fish but one of our own. The best any of us can hope for whatever it is is asexuality and it being a one off mistake. If even just a little of what it's doing here is real, it's scary. Can you imagine having to tolerate that in real life?

Any one of them in particular or just the next one I run into? I've met so many over the years and can't help but keep running into them. Who knows, we may even have mutual imaginary friends.

What if one of YOUR relatives was lgbt? I shudder to think of what you'd spew if that was the case.

You need serious help, trout. Your local county mental health society can help you find a good, REAL, secular therapist for your homophobia. Please get some.

No one is defining your morality or the morality of society. They are however saying that equality under the law is the law. Americans believe in equality.
