All this really proves is that "not guilty" jurors finally wore down the "guilty" jurors after 10 days of deliberation. I heard that the first votes was 8-4 for guilty. Despite what the defense said there was not a good additional suspect other than Seth Penalver. The video did not lie.
I hope his lawyer cannot sleep at night for a long, long time.
