To money-grubbing red-light terrorist city politicians ... taking a bamboo cane would do wonders. Make them feel pain!

Red-light safety BS! They care only about fine-money, nothing about driver safety and have been caught decreasing the yellow-light timing to increase fines --- more money to fatten their own pockets.
