NO, they should not.....PRIVACY. Otherwise you have to 'disappear' due to media, everyone wanting money......
Actors, etc. CHOOSE to be 'famous'....I am confident that most winners would like to have their privacy. I know I would. It's like asking someone how much money they make. It's a PRIVACY ISSUE. We have that right. NO ONE should make that be 'public record'. It's unfair that it is NOT a choice to remain anonymous.

I believe its their right to kept their identity secret for their own safety and security. Bad people would be of hunt to these lottery millionaires if they will be named publicly. Everybody from the media would want to have an interview with them. So I guess, Privacy is their right. It's up to them if they want to go on public.

Mixed emotions on this. Support privacy but what is to keep someone from naming a ghost as a winner? Then pocketing the money?
