"Allegedly, as many as 150 of the names and signatures were faked and it raises questions about whether Obama’s campaign had enough legitimate signatures to qualify for a spot on the ballot."

Ryan Nees said,“What seems to have happened is that a variety of people in northern Indiana knew that this fraud occurred, and actively participated and perpetuated the fraud, and did so on behalf of two presidential campaigns.”

Charity Rorie, a mother of four, sat in her Mishawaka, Ind., kitchen, stunned that her name appeared on a 2008 Democratic presidential primary petition for then-candidate Barack Obama.

"That's not my signature," she told Fox News, saying her signature is "absolutely" a fake.

Robert Hunter Jr. said his name was faked, too.

"I did not sign for Barack Obama," he told Fox News, adding his signature supporting the then-Illinois senator's effort to get on the primary ballot was also a forgery.

The prospect that theirs are two of an estimated 150 signatures that may have been forged on the petitions has raised the question of whether President Obama actually reached the legitimate number of signatures needed to be placed on the ballot in Indiana. Under state law, presidential candidates need to file 500 signatures from each of the state's nine congressional districts. Indiana election officials say that in St. Joseph County, the Obama campaign qualified with 534 signatures; Clinton's camp had 704. The certified signatures were never challenged.

This goes a long way toward explaining just why only Democrats are against the requirement that anyone voting have a valid picture ID. Chicago style politics is all we can expect from this administration. The only question is with ACORN supposedly out of the picture, how much fraud from the dems. will we see next year?

@JustPinkandGreen, "The certified signatures were never challenged." I'm wondering how much more scandal peddling are the Republicans going in for (from false birther, climate-gate, Solyndra, jet-fuel, ACORN, and now Indiana Primary Election Voter Fraud 'scandals' that are not scandals at all) before they settle down to addressing the real problems of the country with President Obama? On the latest kooky neoconservative Tea Party hatched Indiana primary voter 'scandal', they fail to admit that the Indiana Voter Registration Board did a thorough review of all votes cast in the 2008 primary and found only "two" questionably "forged" voter signatures. Even Hillary Clinton and the powerful Clinton juggernaut campaign machine would have protested more if there had actually been voter board improprieties.

Talk about signatures not challenged, in the WI recall petition it has been announced that unless challenged, Mickey Mouse, Adolph Hitler and Goofy the Dog, will all be accepted. Great stratagem by the dems. Flood the petition with soooooo many obviously false names to get the required number needed to schedule a recall election. Doesn't say much for their case, if they can't even get the required number of signatures legitimately, then they have to resort to fraud. Dems. and fraudulent elections go hand in hand, otherwise, they wouldn't pitch such a fit over the need for an official picture ID for anyone wanting to vote. Did you know that an official picture ID is required to vote in a UNION election? Just sayin'.

Agreed Fronporch. They do seem to want to pay attention to ANYTHING but the problems of the Country. I guess that would be too hard. Character Assassination, and just out and out lies, anything to get Obama. It's almost like a bunch of PNGreen's, LOL.

And repubs and disenfranchisement go hand in hand. If you can't get their vote, then you will simply stop them from voting. As usual you make assumptions with no idea of what you are talking about. I thought you Tea Partiers were for less Govermental interference??? Only when it benefits you? Hypocrites.
