Why would you want to advertise you're packing heat? I'd just as soon suprise the sob. But I guess short guys deserve to show off their hogleg.

Maybe we can invent a trailing wheel holster with a skate wheel as a new accessory.

If that is the option they want, so be it. Personally, I wouldn't open carry except in a competition shooting event.

There is also a price to it such as more hassles from the cops. But again, open carry is an option if someone wants to do it and is aware of the bs associated with it.

Well said.

There will always be something said for the element of surprise.

In a few minutes I will be going to a 24 hour store and when in the parking lot I will not know who is watching me.

I do not want them knowing I have a gun so if they are planning something bad they can coordinate their attack with more Intel then they should have.

I have shopped here many times in the middle of the night with no problem so I do not post out of paranoia.

My weapon is my brain and I do not want anyone knowing what tools of self defence I may employ unless it is completely necessary.

It goes without saying to keep your money hidden so you are not a target and the same is true with a gun.

Americans have a right to open carry but common sense says otherwise.

Open carry is a right in our state...though concealed carry privilege makes more sense when out in the public.

Been there, they stalked me out one day after I open carried on private property where I live. Stepping out into the public street with an open carry pistol on one's hip is big no-no right here, because of school property, but they can't say sh-t about it on private property. I'll have them stalking cops out again before too long, it's just fun to bait them and see what they do.

Nice try but wrong again.

The Second Amendment is not a long read.
