So by the time you pay premiums, deductables and out of pockets you minus well pay for the occasional medical event by cash. It's not just hospital bills that break people it's excessive high INSURANCE premiums that can cause as much financial consternation as the final bills can.

Here's the choice for many: POSSIBLE bankruptcy from a POSSIBLE medical event OR CERTAIN financial trouble and/or bankruptcy from monthly INSURANCE premiums.

Until they come up with a bill that deals directly with COSTS and not just WHO will pay for it so called affordable health care will NOT be available to as many as the administration thinks/says it will.

tell me they not paying for no insurance. most say they need the money to buy new cars and they need a good job and a new phone. and some tell me that they need to make more money and have more hours at work and need to be paid more for a hours of work and get 40 hours per week. they say if they have to pay a fine or a tax than let it be. in 2016 they gonna vote for a next president to take the fine or tax away. so they say they will elect a president that can help them. some say they cannot pay for college fees now.its hard for them to just make it from one payday to the next.
