How lovely, you can avoid prosecution by paying a hefty amount of money. Isn't America great?

And what corrupt, two-faced State-of-CT-Idiot worked out negotiations with this con of a company instead of supporting the LOCAL economy and hiring a Connecticut based contractor to do this work.

And add to this the shoddy job done on I-84.

NOW - who exactly in our state government is watching what these people are doing. Who is supposed to be inspecting work performed and the end results - if any - and when and if they deserve it how they are being paid.

Whats even worse - why there is no public outcry about shoddy and or missing end results. It seems that in CT all you gotta do to make big bucks is bid for and win a major contract with the state - regardless of the fact that you or your company (?) does not have the resources to perform on that contract.

Trucks dont get inspected. Road work doesnt get inspected. Bridges dont get inspected. No one pays attention to criminal justice system problems. Computer projects dont get checked. Illegal aliens flood our work forces and suck dry our social support systems.

I'll tell ya - I am in the wrong business - I gotta geta piece of this - I am a plain ordinary guy working for someone else - paying far too much in taxes to CT. Someone please point me to the CT money gie-a-way office.

It's called kickbacks my friend. Find the St-of-CT official who has had the most work done on his house, just installed that beautiful built in swimming pool, or who has taken the most exotic vacations, and you'll find out who approved this company.

Let me guess, "unnamed plaintiffs" in some of those Milberg Weiss class actions of which there is a pending criminal complaint for fraud and conspiracy? "Newberg on Class Actions?" Milberg Weiss lost their motion to dismiss today.

Maximus Inc. a Government Contractor is making sure that all children will be left behind. Maximus Inc. is responsible for child support, child care, child welfare, Medicaid, Medicare, social security, student loans, probation divisions, etc. The problem here is that the massive fraud, conspiracy to defraud, and other criminal activities by Maximus Inc. leave these children with nothing. Just because they are poor, does that mean that a criminal organization like Maximus Inc can exploit them? The poorest of the poor being exploited by Maximus Inc. We have fraud here that the likes of it will never happen again, and Maximus Inc. makes Alfonso Capone look like a choirboy.
Maximus Inc. employees are stealing Medicare, Medicaid, child support, child welfare monies etc. Maximus Inc employees are blackmailing the poorest of the poor so that they can get their child welfare checks. Maximus Inc. employees are sexually abusing clients so that they can get their child welfare checks/child support checks.
Maximus Inc. hiring persons without background checks for caseworkers. One caseworker was a convicted forger, with an arrest record that included kidnapping, battery, and impersonating a police officer. Maximus Inc hired him while he was on parole. He blackmailed child welfare clients into giving him monies or he would cut off their benefits. Maximus Inc. hired one caseworker that pushed his clients to help him sell drugs, and another who told women they would lose their benefits unless they had sex with him and her children were present at the time. Maximus Inc. hired sexual predators as caseworkers who pressured their clients for sex. Maximus Inc. employees were extorting monies under blackmail from women on child welfare/child support, and these employees were sexually abusing these women. In addition, they wanted these women to prostitute themselves on the streets. They were also getting these women pregnant after they were blackmailed into having sex.
Maximus Inc. massive theft of monies from child welfare, child support, Medicaid, Medicare, social security, etc. Wire fraud, bank fraud, theft of States monies etc. Maximus Inc theft of clients monies and diverting the monies to other bank accounts so that clients do not get any monies. How do these women pay their rents, and other bills? Children go without food and other necessary things in life. Blatant fraud. Maximus Inc steals welfare funds, and they overlook the victims of this crime. Maximus Inc. steals monies from impoverished mothers, children and people with disabilities who sought assistance and were illegally turned away, sanctioned, and terminated.
Maximus Inc. has so many formal gender or racial discrimination lawsuits filed against it to be unbelievable. Maximus Inc has corporate malpractice, including inadequate and poor provision of services; misappropriation of funds, cronyism, and other financial irregularities; and discriminatory practices at company offices.
Maximus Inc. used welfare funds intended for the poor to pay consultants who gave campaign contribution advice and solicited new business for the firm.
Maximus Inc. spends child welfare monies lavishly on themselves, and they were illegally denying eligible families cash assistance, child care assistance, and even food stamps. So that they can steal the monies.

One of Maximus West Coast division, California Health Care Options (CAHCO) HR department is needlessly a corrupt bureaucracy run by obstructionist, stuck in their "comfort zone" of cronyism, nepotism and in some cases criminal activity.
For years cooperate leadership of this public traded company completely ignore signals this department was clearly at a failure point in credibility, due too closely aligned with the interests of management yet lacking the business knowledge to be effective strategic partners for the cooperation.

The company’s executives failed miserably by allowing HR Special Assistance Ruby Williams, an obese, hairless, extremely charming and highly manipulative individual lacking self esteem, to see other employees as objects and don’t feel guilty about using them to attack and set-up employees which opposes her unethical and corrupt conduct, in order to look good while performing badly for the company.
This woman possesses the classic traits of “Psychopaths Go to Work”. She is well known to operate as a puppet master setting up employees to spy on each other, while engaging in creative writing against her enemies to cover-up her tracks. Ruby Williams can also be describe as a dictator, she is the law and above the law, no one can challenge or question her actions, those who dare, are guarantee to become victims of her deceptive writing machine.

Life is neither a movie nor a novel and “reality has no obligation to provide us with a clear narrative or villain, and it rarely does.” The every day corrupt and unprofessional events played out at Maximus CAHCO, against innocent and hard working folks over the past ten years by Maximus HR Special Assistance Ruby Williams must be consider very serious by higher-ups at the cooperation.

For almost fifteen years I work at that project, I witness the level of corruption laced with cronyism hit an all time high. It is unimaginable for Maximus Inc. a public traded company can allow just one employee to crown her self dictator-in chief with complete autonomy to operate in such a reckless and unlawful manner.
