I think you misread. Your marriage will be recognized, but as a Domestic Partnership, not marriage. Hey, it's still 90% of the loaf. Enough to put WA higher on my list of places to visit.(As much as I LOVE the southwest, it keeps moving lower....]

Well, I probably did......but this is just another reason why Marriage Equality needs to take place.

Washington will likely pass a true marriage equality bill next year. They have to make sure they have the popular votes to survive a referendum. They don't want a repeat of Maine, or the debacle in Maryland.

I don't think Rosa Parks, a GREAT American, would've agreed with you.

Obviously she DID agree with me because she got on the bus in the first place instead of refusing to ride.

You're wrong once again.

First off, for YEARS she rode in the back of the bus just like every other black person did. So she quietly accepted here "civil union" because she didn't want to have to walk home.

Secondly, she wasn't sitting in the front of the bus when she refused to give up her seat, she was sitting in the front row of the COLORED section. The white section in front was full and when more white people got on the bus driver told the 4 people sitting in the front row of the colored section to give up their seats. THAT is when Parks refused to move and was subsequently arrested.

If you bothered to read ANYTHING before making your assinine comments you would make yourself look so absolutely stupid.
