"poor" road conditions? More like TYPICAL road conditions.

Get 'em out there and let 'em learn what it's REALLY gonna be like when they get their licenses.

As the previous post says, this is normal for NE. Better to learn now w a professional (DMV) than to learn stuck in a snow bank backing up traffic for miles.
