1 Are you threatening her??? She meant you can't stop a revolution, you can try to take down some of us, but you won't stop the movement... -and as far as I'm concerning, no, it's not well intended, we will keep making truthful, honest commentary until somebody finally gets the balls to do the right thing and stop the corruption in the Judicial Department...well, God, one could only wish for, in the entire State of Connecticut. |

14 When ‘most’ people get a job, they go into it with a slight supposition to it being a positive experience. Even if they know the job is ‘temporary’, they will still make the effort or believe it will be tolerable, even it it’s only for the time being (till they get something else, better suited to them). Regardless, once people have been employed somewhere it usually takes a fair amount of time to recognize a consistent pattern of mismanagement. Even after this acknowledgment,‘most’ people do not vocalize their disapproval or make suggestions for change immediately, rather they will continue working hoping for the best (maybe other’s advocating/implementing change – not themselves, or the problem will resolve itself as is necessary, or if not then - their finding a new job, etc). For people to get the courage to actually speak up and become proactive in significantly changing their work environment/management practices usually indicates that they have tolerated situations beyond what most ought to, and/or for a lengthy amount of time. It’s usually something that is impacting many, rather than one person, and therefore it’s something that truly should be change for the betterment of many. In short – it’s worth fighting for. And it’s usually taken this person sometime to convince him or herself of this (probably with validation of others in the same predicament). It’s not whining, complaining, or even touting a morally superior mindset.(Which by the way, most of us do on a regular basis about something or other.) Instead, these are real issues that have been going on way too long, to the detriment of a lot of hard-working people, and they have every right to have it sorted out. We ARE talking about the Judicial System (not Pep Boys Auto or Ihop) correct?! This should NOT be tolerated – because it’s equality, unbiased treatment and judicious representation for ALL OF US (employees as well as the public) that this branch of government stands for. Jeez, it’s our LEGAL SYSTEM that is in question here. If it can’t abide by it’s own principles within it’s administrative offices, then we ALL will suffer. If they start making their own rules, what’s the point of democracy?! Our federal government is based on a system of checks and balances –and we checked, and it’s not balancing here in CT. A system of ethical norms is the basis of our laws. We (employees and the public) need to advocate for this to be abided by the system that’s sole existence is to uphold this standard – plain and simple! |

9 Here in Cambridge MA, so many regular working class people get involved in politics at a local level, that an official would be loathed to attempt to undermine what the public truly wanted or tried to be a shyster. It’s the huge vocalization from the taxpayers that keeps public officials in line with what our biggest concerns are. It’s certainly not a perfect system, sometimes a lot of people hold up what is probably best for most of us (crazy liberals!), but yet we listen/tolerate/examine their strong convictions. And in the end we try to find something amiable to everyone if that’s possible, though not always. Trusting those officials 'we elected' to do their jobs properly, allows you (the public) the freedom (and money) to focus on smaller things you really want for your community. More buses (school and public), better roads, more public activities (annual dances, music concerts, art fairs, parades, etc). Basically, having the public getting very involved in politics is a great benefit – b/c most of the time you get closer to what you want, than what you don’t want. I now know that it’s possible to have a voice and that it means something. I didn’t know it when I lived in Bpt. I was resigned to think that I could not make a difference. But now I know better, and I think the people on this blog want the same thing – a voice that makes a significant difference. It’s possible, but not with people who are resigned to accepting that “this is the way it is, why bother trying to change things”. If you are not being proactive then just please crawl under your rock and keep quiet. We won’t notice, and will be happy to make decisions about your life for you☺ |

4 This country was founded on the natural rights people have. That means the right to change things which are oppressive. We each are entitled to rights here in the USA-- that is what makes us different from countries which actively violate their citizens. Ironically your "hope" which clearly appears to be a threat-- sounds just like some of the more oppressive governments in this world. As far as I go-- Here is exactly what I mean: When people start talking about change and then they start to act on it by pubically speaking out- writing letters, talking to those who investigate corruption, actively looking for change (as we have been made aware on this site- some are even looking for a different union to represent the employees) and not backing down even when there are threats and actions which act to harm some who have spoken out-- that is something you will not stop until there is real change. We work in an environment which is supposed to administer the law, yet there are so many who violate the same laws they are trusted to administer. Our Chief Justice calls for an open and transparent way of governing our branch and yet those who are supposed to support her actively undermine her as they threaten those who really desire for there to be integrety, honesty, and fairness in the way we conduct ourselves. What I am saying and what I said is simply this: You may stop one of us- perhaps even two or three (and I am talking about speech here and the right to expose the wrongs we know exist), but you will, eventually have to deal with the wrongs you have committed. It is of course, your choice how this change will happen. There is not one person who is threatening anything other than exposing those of you who we feel actively and deliberately violate the ethics and laws established by this state. |

3 Has it all been said?! Where do we go from here? Anyone have any ideas? It’s obvious someone (all of you) needs to get very serious – file your class action law suit, talk to your union representative, call the press…don’t let it die here (on this blog, which it will). Document and disclose…all of it. If you truly feel you have a case (which most of you do)- seek outside counsel, and don’t let them get away with it. Take your commiserating, and the strength built by your commonalities, and go beyond this place (this blog). Seriously, now that your cohorts have validated you, find the legal means by which you can address the topics that have been post here. Write something coherent and detailed and send it to the papers, hire an attorney and give them the same info. By all means, don’t stop here!!! I seriously need to reinforce and I am afraid to say, that only speaking here (on this post), will get you nowhere. You have to go to the next level. Screw this blog…write to the papers, with a cohesive truly detailed story, get an attorney,…friggin’ anything to get these injustices recognized. Sorry if this sounds discouraging, as it’s not meant to be. You really have a case here, and obviously the conviction you’ve expressed (here) can take you through anything to getting this accomplished. For years it’s been written about: people submitting to a powerful, centralized, bureaucratic or militarized authority, and the corruption and suffering that they impose on the people. In a similar context Virgil says,“not if I had a hundred tongues, a hundred mouths, and a voice of iron, could I count the types of fool, nor yet enumerate the names of every kind of folly.” Basically you need to continue speaking up, never stop, and never be discouraged. It’s my belief (hope) that my little tiny voice (here on this blog) will encourage others. I believe my tiny voice against so many things I disagree with,(ie-keeping troops Iraq, etc) will ultimately be melding into a larger contingency that agrees with me, and then we can make a significant change. Honesty, it’s the culmination of many tiny voices that make the biggest change (ie.- the civil rights movement!) Please don’t stop here – get vocal beyond this blog. Make a difference for the next generation at the very least. Take what you feel so adamantly about and fuel an uprising/or movement. This is how change is made – a group of people fight for what they believe in, despite the odds, based on a belief that it’s for the common good, they continue to persevere. So should you. Leave this blog, and accomplish something. |

2 Many of us have already tried to get the attention of the papers, as well as legislators, the governor of this state and attorneys. All of our efforts have led us here to this blog. Many of us in fact know who each other are, or at least have an idea and we have supported each other to the point of facing retaliation for having done so-- we remain standing together-- this issue of ethics reform has given us a real voice. Although there is another blog, it is not a public one and as you know, the only way there will be change is for the information to be public. While not as many people read this as will read a newspaper- the fact is people from different parts of the country as well as outside of the US have in fact responded which means they are probably talking about it as well. I guess we are asking for people such as yourself to keep spreading the word. We are in fact happy to make things known but have met frustration in finding our efforts have been blocked. By the way, thank you for all of your wonderful support. I hope you will continue to help us spread the word. |

3 Dear andiW, I know you're all trying to the best of your ability to resolve these issues (and have also met opposition in your efforts). I am only hoping that someone might be inspired and come up with something or some avenue that has not yet been explored. My goal was to incite new ideas. I will continue to remain optimistic for this ethics reform blog. If there is something we should all be doing as a group (ie- sign a petition for an investigation, file informal complaints to ethics commission, write a letter to the governor, or something), let us know. |

2 Thank you for your on-going support. I understood you were trying to incite new ideas. I just wanted you to share with you the obstacles in our way. The fact is, one of the people we have an issue with is on the media committee for our employer. And the media seems to first always have an interest and then to just ignore everyone of us- in spite of the facts and proof we present. What we all can do is to write letters and make phone calls expressing an interest in this. When you really think about it, this is a very serious issue- we must be able to trust this system to be fair and just. That is impossible to do when jobs are either given or created for the group of people who are friends of the administrators. These same jobs grant them authority over the people who have discovered the injustices committed by them. They have attempted to destroy some of us who are speaking out, while causing others fear. One woman explained to me yesterday how she finds herself just putting her head down and pretending she does not know what is going on. I told her that while I understand her fear- I am not ever going to allow that to stop me. She actually thanked me. Thank you again so very much for your interest, input and support. |

2 Phillip H Inkel says Connecticut court officer Joseph D'alesio is and has been for over two decades the de facto controller of connecticut judicial branch and court operations. He has been responsible for the day to day operations of Connecticut's courts. He has operated both for legitimate governmental objectives and for non legitimate governmental functions. He has orchestrated the organized retaliation, punishment, and silencing of internal and external whistle blowers, complainers, and reporters of connecticut judicial, and governmental services fraud, corruption, waste, and abuse of power and persons civil rights. He is responsible for orchestrating numerous frauds upon the State and Federal courts including courts of post judgement review. Senior level Connecticut court manager Joseph D'alesio and others working in judicial and other areas of Connecticut's government have turned Connecticut's courts into a protection racket for unlawful governmental conduct and a racketeering enterprise that steals public money, provides legal impunity to criminals, subjects citizens and State employees to deprivations of federally protected civil rights, and commits violent crimes in aid of their racketeering activity.......My family and I have been obstructed and de factually denied acces to the federal and state courts to redress our grievances caused by Mr. Joseph D'alesio and co-conspirators. Our case is not hard to prove and when we actually are granted fair, impartial, and non-hostile access to the courts we will prosecute them and expose their unlawful and evil conduct to the fullest extent of the law. Today is Sunday and again I pray for justice to be restored in Connecticut and that a grand jury convene to investigate and expose Connecticut Judicial Branch Corruption, fraud, waste, and abuse of power and the civil rights of numerous people from infants to the elderly. |
