Officials Oppose Water Diversion Option as MDC Plans Meetings in Farmington

I strongly oppose the MDC plans to divert water from the Farmington River. The river levels have been unusually low to begin with, and diverting would cause an even larger decline. We need the river the way it is for recreation, wild life, tourism, and many other reasons. We don't need the MDC taking anything else from the public, and shutting it behind their locked gates.
