Two teens busted for letting Conn. girl drive drunk before fatal crash
Recently disclosed toxicology tests show that Modlesky had a blood alcohol content of .27 - more than 13 times the legal .02 limit for someone under 21. Five months after a 17-year-old girl died in a Connecticut crash, two teenage boys were arrested for letting her drive drunk, police said.

Get a judge to forbid them from getting driver's licenses in perpetuity.
