Smokey the Bear says: What do you expect from inebriated individuals who try to shoot things? Well, anyway, the state make out like a bandit as usual...first it sells licenses to these irresponsible hunters, not caring who or what they shoot as long as they pay for the license. Then, when the inevitable happens, they get to arrest the incompetent hunter and levy a stiff fine on him (or her), so they get paid again. What a racket! Nice job Corrupticut....er, I mean Connecticut. Keep up the good work.

I want legal fireworks in COnnecticut, and not the wimpy stuff we have now. If I can run around the woods shooting stuff after an 8 hour class, whay can't I shoot a mortar shell after a similar requirement.
