wouldnt it be nice if the police spent the same amount of time cracking down on persons illegally parked in spaces reserved for persons with disabilities? I cant imagine it would be any more difficult to do, but probably not as 'news worthy'. after all, we're just disabled humans, not a potential stolen sports car...priorities are a bit askew
