State legislature: Undocumented tuition bill passes State House - Fort Morgan Times

Full story: Fort Morgan Times

Under the 14th Amendment and the United States Supreme Court case of United States v. Wong Kim Ark a child's citizenship is determined by the legal status of their parents. If the parents are in this country illegally so too are their children.
