Yes you are - from the same location and doing the same thing Sunwest Saga did to another - correcting them on a mistype - there you go again - you know what I was trying to say - alone instead of along. You did that on another email. What anger you have - do you go to therapy? You definately have some major issues - therapy is helpful - and I think you could benefit from it. Sad to see that an adult has to use such foul language.

I think anyone who is using this blog as a personal war should do it in a chat room. Please we are trying to use this as a productive information sight for anyone wanting to move in a loved one into a sunwest property or warn future employee's what they can expect from the corporate office. This sight will loose it's credibility when serious readers only see bickering back and forth. We don't really need to know who's who for anyother reason than real information about sunwest.... SUNWEST MANAGEMENT is the TOPIX of this BLOG!!!! Please I beg you, keep our focus...this is not about US...it is about our residents being neglected and abused by this company. Stop this childish back and forth arguing...or find some place to put it.. i understand we are angry but we can't take it out on each other. We have a common bond, lets us it to do good, not rip each other apart. Thank you,

y'all are just CRAZY!! I worked at the AL in lake wylie which was actually pretty decent until our ED Becky decided to leave. She was a leader and she actually got changes made. Before she came it was the same ole stuff like everyone talks about. I decided when I heard she was leaving to get out. Sunwest takes the good ones and burns them out. You will never change anything by using this blog-you are only fooling yourselves. The way you are going at each other is exactly what sunwest would want.

Joke is on you. Becky was a joke....all EDs at Sunwest are puppets. When Lynn left she game was up. Now you have all new EDs, residents still suffer and don't get anyhting. I have called DSS and they come in but don't do anyhting. Residents are sweating because they won't fix the a/c Activities suck at Legacy because Tom is stupid and lazy. Claudia is another joke. She kisses up to each new ED then bad mouths them when they leave. She loves gossip. I am there because while I search for a job.

I guess that means that posting to this blog is a waist of time. I'm sorry to hear that because I really thought this was a place to make a difference. I've given this sight to ppl that could make change, but if there isn't a dedication to real information, then they don't need to waste their time. I've read a lot of the information and thought most of the ppl that have posted thier complaints were frustrated due to being ignored by the powers who could hold sunwest accountable to their practices and treatment of residents and staff. Sunwest will continue to win if all we sound like is a bunch of disgruntald current and past employees. We sound like gossipers and bickerers. Not all ED's are puppets, some yes, but not all. We all worked hard and cont. to work hard to make a difference. It has to start somewhere. Why not here. What information can we post on this sight that is serious and to the point. We've had a poster on here that has asked for information regarding unpaid bills. He left his email address. Give him the information he needs to maybe make change. We need to stop sounding like a bunch of angry children taking pot shots at each other for type O's and insignificant comments.

I would be real careful about anyone asking for info. A couple of hundred posts ago there was one asking for that sort of thing, and it was a sunwest exec fishing for info-trying to catch someone posting. Be careful..

I saw the posting but who is to say this person is not from Sunwest looking to get someone fired for releasing company information. You can't trust anyone and I certainly would not send anyone the information. I have pleanty of info on the properties in Charlotte but would not release it due to the issue that could arise. I agree about acting like angry children - we all need to grow up and look at what this blog is about.

One would think California would be high on the list, but who knows? It may be a good thing for staff, new owners might be just the thing.

There are two Kentucky properties that Sunwest acquired a little over a year ago. Neither are at capacity and I don't think they new what they were getting into when they bought Kentucky communities. The State laws here are very very complicated. I wonder if they are on the "For Sale" list.
