I say let all of these carpetmunchers and fudgepackers get "married" to each other 'till the cows come home.
Schedule these "weddings" to occur simultaneously with dozens of other homosexual "weddings" in very large outdoor open areas - all in downrange target areas.

That's because there may currently be 5 bigots on the SCOTUS who will rule against our fundamental right no matter what the constitution says.

That's the ONLY reason some of us are concerned with pushing this issue to THIS particular SCOTUS.

If we had a 5-4 solid liberal majority on the court then we'd have no worries whatsoever. It would be a slam dunk. But until that day comes (hopefully when Scalia and/or Kennedy die or retire) we need to be careful which cases we push and which we wait on.
