I read an interesting article in the New Yorker on Justice Ginsberg. A small portion gives some insight on how she will consider these cases. It's a long article, but worth reading.

It appears that Chief Justice Roberts has a 1st cousin who is an out Lesbian.......she feels that her cousin will do the right thing!!!!

I'm sure the conservatives will demand their Chief Justice (appointed by Bush) be impeached if he votes to overturn DOMA on top of his vote to uphold Obamacare!

Yep......I saw where Maggie doesn't believe that children raised by Same-Sex Parents do as well as kids raised by opposite-sex parents......which means her kid has to be really messed up!!!
