During the Forum on Religious Liberty at Berks Catholic earlier this summer, the panel's philosopher, Dr. Joshua Schultz of DeSales College, asked a question of the sparse audience: "How many Supreme Court justices are Catholic?" One attendee quickly answered six.

I heard that Sonia Sotomayor has not been a practicing Catholic in years. Why she still calls herself a Catholic is a mystery to me.
